They spam you with so much email, but you can unsubscribe only for 3 months from promotions. No option to track your subscription/alerts/etc in the app too. What a shame.

Can someone help me how to access Zelle it’s literally impossible to try to find it or an option for Zelle in the mobile banking app !!

I‘ve had my accounts for years! Always received the best of service. This Credit Union is great!!!

I'm happy that app works fine for me.

I need zelle for important transactions. The zelle function hardly works in this app. I am forced to use it in this banking app. Please fix this issue.

I love San Mateo Credit Union (in Half Moon Bay)! Everyone who works there is so helpful & kind. Their App is easy to use too! So glad I made the switch! 😁👍 Now that San Mateo Credit Union has become Monterra, I still am happy. The only things I don’t like is that I have to log in with password every time (instead of Face ID) and deposits are not highlighted in green as it was in the SMCU app.

Just always amazed how nice these People are , on the phone , Never too busy to help .... and for that That I Thank You 🌷
