I can not access ny new editions since the update and it wont recognize my account- useless update

Since the recent update and revamp the app is horrible. Doesn’t update properly. Small fonts hard to read. Doesn’t show all sections like business the business section. Postmedia tried to do one app for all its dwindling papers and has done a horrible job . Plus they doubled the price of the subscription.

The new comic section is awful. Most are at the level for 12 year olds not adults who buy and read the paper. Obviously a cost saving measure of buying from one distributor.

No Saturday comics, no Sunday NY Times Crossword, already cancelled.

Overall, a good substitute for paper version when that is not available. However we miss being able to do the puzzles. Is there any way to fill them in on line?

Horrible app, horrible service when calling for help…overall extremely unsatisfied from a client of over 40 years!!!!!!

After discontinuing my 1 year subscription, I recently decided to renew for another year. The Montreal Gazette is completely non-functional for 1 year renewals. I am trying to pay the annual $104.99 through my profile and my account. Impossible. Can’t get an agent to understand either. The only option appears to be the App Store Apple monthly rate which is too much. I give up …. Trying to give the Gazette my money and they don’t want it. My discretionary news spending will now go to other more user friendly sources. Good bye Montreal Gazette.
