Moon & Sun: LunaSol

I’ve used this for a long time. Yesterday 11/26/23, App wouldn’t open. Kept closing immediately upon opening. Deleted, reloaded and same problem. UPDATE: 4/23/2024I reloaded and still crashing. Shame—I loved this app

Otherwise love it

One of my favorite apps. Everything I need to know at the tap of a finger. In this house we like to keep up with what the moon is doing (and the sun as well), and now we can, regardless of fog, clouds, and other meteorological annoyances.

l like this app very, very much. I am obsessed with the moon, her phases, and where she is at any moment of the day. This app delivers. Also, I love watching the sunset. I can drive to my favorite spot, and be there on time before it sets, watch it set, and as dusk settles. LunaSol is one of my favorite apps. 100%!

This app is accurate and not overloaded with ads and useless information.

Today is February 5th writing this review. Go to the calendar selection and it’s shows nothing for the month. Just a blank screen. Blank all the way up to April. April shows the whole month then May…..nothing again. I am planning a trip from California to Florida and wanted to stop off in Marathon Texas, one of the darkest spots in the USA on or before the new moon for stargazing. I can’t use this app for that because it’s not working as it should. Guess I’ll just use the old reliable Google or the sun and moon app on my android. I’ve had it for years and still works.

Consistently gives the wrong geographical location. Widget is nice though

The moon part of the sun and moon widget works fine but it has said the sun was in nautical twilight for two days now.

I have enjoyed taking a few lunar photos and appreciate the ability to coordinate time and place

I could only wish the widgets to respect geographical location and correctly show the moon phase in the Northern Hemisphere, not like in the developer’s native Australia.
