Usually, when we open the game, we will see the logos of Netflix and Digital Sun, and then you should see a “door” open, allowing you to start playing. However, my “door” never opens. Even after reinstalling the game, I can only play once. Every time I close the game or it closes on its own, all my saved progress is lost, and the door never opens

I paid a game around three or four days ,but later, it suddenly lost all the game data I have to start over again. I have contact the Netflix customer services 5 to 6 times. After a week, there’s still no response and I feel very disappointed about Netflix. Very very disappointed

好玩，但玩左個幾星期，突然無左game saving 無晒癮

很好玩，地下城打怪、收集素材、升級裝備、開店賣東西，很適合消磨時間，建議上網搜賣價功略；被流浪者追殺好刺激！劇情比較短，但也很不錯啦！ 只是偶爾會有不同bug，最慘的一次是玩了兩天突然被回溯，問客服客服居然說我沒有遊玩紀錄..！只能重玩..QAQ 可惜的是沒有電腦版那麼多元素，以及最多只有二周目，二周目以後就沒有了，大概是想吸引人去玩付費電腦版wwwwwww 沒有二周目以後的玩法所以卸載了，準備玩付費電腦版哈哈（錢錢要飛走了XD

It is a interesting game. However, once I leave the game, everything just gone and I hope that Netflix can fix this bug. It really affect my gaming experience.

Once the game crashed,I tried to relaunch it,no continue on the main menu,my save was long gone,I’m not very happy about it…It took me quite a lot of hours to get there

遊戲是好玩的，畫風很可愛。但是好多bug，譬如做完武器之後背包的按鈕不見了，只能退出從新來過、譬如加載不了遊戲。而且卸載了從新下載之前的數據都沒有了，希望能有個帳號可以保存，換手機了也能繼續玩。

The game is lovely and I got quickly immersed it its world and gameplay. However at some point I was faced with a bug that made all my main weapons disappear, then I restarted the game from scratch and another bug occurred and I couldn’t load the game anymore. Too frustrated to start a third time.
