MoonPay: Buy Bitcoin, Solana

The situation here is that I was having issues with a AirTM/MoonPay transaction due to a delay in getting the verification code through Gmail... I decided to try the transaction directly using the MoonPay app. The app suggested me to use the wallet address used in previous transactions when paying with a credit card using AirTM/MoonPay so I went ahead trusting it was the right address to send my funds to my AirTM account... Unfortunately the funds never arrived and when I contacted AirTM support team they claim that they don't recognize the address... The app should not suggest an unknown address misleading the clients to a failed transaction 😡

How to withdraw on Moonpay please

The inability for their support to actually read your message and respond is shocking. I just keep getting generic auto replies that have nothing to do with the issue. Going on a full week and 8 messages this way.

Since my initial one star review, I have rechecked and have been able to account for the apparent anomalies. The app is performing as advertised. Thank you for your understanding.

Deserves a 5 star it’s simplicity and authenticity.

Unless the first transaction was a fluke the fees are terrific in my estimation. But then again what do I know.

Let’s say you’re sending money to another wallet. I can’t find any way to see if it reached there or if it’s still processing or they just flat out stole my money no idea I sent it to an online retailer that uses bitcoin trying to reach customer support is impossible. It just seems like it’s all automated and will just put you in circles.
