Charged for Php 1,000 penalty due to system error. Can’t end the ride even though the bike was already locked and parked, thus the time continues to run. The app charges you without providing service. Easy money.

Reload via gcash amounting to 300. Deducted it from my account but didn't reflect on the Moovr app!! Be careful on topping up guys!!

Be wary cause this company is a scam and will eat your money in the app. Still have a remaining balance of around 50 pesos. The app wouldn’t let me unlock a scooter unless I load a minimum of 150 pesos. Why is it still asking me for money when I already have available balance in my wallet? Plus, there’s NO option to transfer your money from the app to anything outside of it. Basically it’s a scam 🤣

Everything is fine but it won’t let me add my credit card as top up option
