Mopiq: Flash Cards Maker

I was trying out the app during the trial period and it turns out that they charged me the $29.99 before the trial period ended. I demanded a refund but they didn't give it to me. Terrible customer service.

I’ve downloaded this while my research across the flashcards app. As I know the original AnkiMobile app, I’ve noticed this “app”, and this is very awful! This app literally very very bad. Despite the fact that this is simple copycat pf original anki, this app has less functionality and crashes all the time while using! I’ve passed through trial period and I’m very disappointed. Lack of normal standard features and weak stability. After using the original anki this is trash.

If I could give it a zero I would. Deleted all my cards I spent hours and days making. Out of nowhere everything I’ve worked on was gone

I don’t care for it at all. It doesn’t allow for you to access subsections of decks like anki, and it’s overall non-sensical. The limit is based on how many times you have seen the cards, so you don’t even get to learn the ones given to you for the day. If you’re going to pay $30/year you may as well get the actual anki app

Anki deleted all of my card decks one random day and will not email me back. I also cannot get a refund. I spent $30 just for my progress to be deleted.

This app was doing great for the most part but I have noticed some issues that the developers clearly didn’t take time to amend or fix. Some cards would not reappear ever again during my study sessions when they were supposed to (if I had a card memorized and it was scheduled for the next day, it never showed up) and this issue persisted with all of my decks. The decks also do not synchronize properly on other devices which is just piss poor development on their end. Now what inspired me to write this review was this. I went to sleep after completing some of my decks and now this morning, I find that all of my decks have been ENTIRELY deleted. I am not a person who writes reviews but when I do write them, it’s because I do not want people to waste their money like I did here. I DO NOT recommend this app unless you’re comfortable with losing all of your hard work in a moment’s notice. I’d recommend some of their competitors instead.
