Can’t select date of birth

The date of birth option is blank because of which I can’t generate my medical card.

App not functioning well. Does not give an option to change date of birth

NO DATE? iphone user here. is there any bug on your app bcoz I cant also edit my date of birth.😓

There is no option to select date of birth. When I select it shows blank page.
