Today I just place order . Not a single delivery came but my order got canceled with out my knowledge. Thired grade apps and service. U people are full scam

The orders placed never get delievered. My order should had been delievered by 7 Pm but was not delievered even after 1 whole extra day and then they cancelled the order twice.

The app is fine but the store itself has very bad customer service. I placed an order at 11am and the delivery slot was 2pm to 6pm. After 6 when I didn’t get the delivery I contacted customer support and they said there is delay but they will deliver it. I asked multiple times about when they will deliver it but they kept saying we will deliver, we can’t give you exact time. Then at 10pm they cancelled my order saying there are no delivery people available. I tried to reorder but the coupon I used is no longer available. I am very disappointed in this store. I will never order from here again because I was expecting some sort of decency in customer management but this outrageous.

Tried to order for the first time, and They cancelled my order automatically without attempting any delivery or contacting me. Later when connected their customer service they said sorry it is because of technical error, place new order. And the coupon which I used on the first order got wasted. Such a pathetic experience. Please avoid this careless company. Zero rating

Worst app ever they never deliver on time it will definitely delay 2hours need to wait for more hours coming to customer support, I don’t know why the guys were they don’t even give response then just send replies what they want and close the chat which is not at all use full If there is something important for never ever order from more if it’s ok to be deliver after 3 to infinity hours then keep an order and never expect any spooling or rotted items to exchange or refund which is of no use just loose hopes about quality if they deliver quality items enjoy if not through it in the trash which is waste of money

Don’t trust this app and 90% will not deliver on time and cancels the order

I order through this app and booked in the available time slot ,it came only after 3 hours from the slot I didn’t get any response or replay from the customer care Very bad service zero rating

One of the worst experience yet faced. I had ordered 3-4 orders in a day . All of them got cancelled by the term “no one was there at doorstep to receive the order”.The customer support is just a bot service which is of no use . stop fooling people by the name of free delivery. No wonder why more is not able to grow with respect to delivery services. Uninstalling the app.
