Waste of time. Login and then… nothing!

This is truly the worst app on my phone. It literally does not work

This app is useless, it allows me to sign in and then just hangs! I get an email notification to say that I’ve logged in but nothing more!!! If I wanted cute widgets on my phone, I wouldn’t have chosen this icon! Fix you app! We already pay so much to momentum every month!

Quite a simple app, I can request a doctor and chat, find a physical doctor or dentist, view my benefits, view information such as email addresses and phone numbers. My only complaint is that it doesn’t remember my username or password. Honestly I could do exactly the same thing on the website that does remember my password, but the app makes for convenience.

The app is no longer an active working app; once you have signed in, it directs you to the Momentum App. This app should be removed from the App Store.

New customer and cannot use app? Not a great start

You sure did ask your cousin to develop this app for free. It’s the most crappiest app I’ve ever used. Fix it.

This is honestly the most terrible app I’ve ever downloaded on my smartphone. I only created an account but after that I couldn’t log in. It’s just so disappointing!
