The Mor app lets you learn about and influence your biological age. Our health and wellness program was developed by a Harvard-Trained, licensed Intensive Care physician and a health informatics team in California. We provide algorithms that estimate your biological age, and we highlight current thinking from leading Universities on longevity, health, and lifespan, as curated by the Mor.Health team (please note: our app is focused on your health and wellness lifestyle. It is not intended to serve as medical advice or replace any medical care from your personal healthcare team).
LEARN ABOUT YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE CLOCK
The LEARN page contains podcasts and blogs that will teach you about your Biological Clock. You are free to explore, listen, and read these anytime (note: some repeat computations may require a premium subscription to support our costs).
TRACK YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE
The YOU page tells you about your Biological Age. We calculate your Biological Age using published and validated surveys, and your own data from any fitness wearable if you choose to share this with us. You can verify these values by testing available online, but our algorithms run every month, so you can see your progress.
The SURVEYS page has user surveys you can complete to begin to unlock a Biological Age estimate, and make adjustments at the end of each month.
GET PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS TO PUSH BACK YOUR AGE CLOCK
The KIT page suggests a combination of physical activity, diet and over-the-counter supplements proven in published clinical studies to lessen or slow biological aging. When you are a Subscriber, we can update our recommendations based on your personal results, offer advanced Kit levels, and help you purchase these supplements online from established retailers such as Amazon.

The Mor app is always free, though paid subscriptions are appreciated (some features may require a paid subscription to support our computational costs).
YOUR PRIVACY IS ALWAYS RESPECTED
Your privacy is very important to us. As much as possible, nearly all of your data and content remains right on your phone, where you have control of it. We never sell or share your information.

The LIBRARY page contains links to current and leading articles, webpages, videos, peer-reviewed information on supplements and gene sites affected, as well as our prior blogs and podcasts.
OPTIONAL ADVANCED ANALYTICS USING A WEARABLE
Pair a wearable device with Apple Health, and we can use this data to provide even more advanced biological age estimates. Some advance calculations required a subscription to support our data costs.
OPTIONAL CHATS WITH OUR WELLNESS TEAM
Optionally, you can communicate with our health and wellness team. Communication with our health and wellness team, advanced Biological Age analytics, and advanced KIT levels requires a subscription to support our coaching costs.
