I have been playing this for more than a decade now. And i cant log in to my old acc. Someone help me. I cant lose all my progress

Worst Customer Support Ever!
I love this game! I have been playin this since 2019 when I was a kid.. although the game seemed fun, your Customer Support is so useless! I have contacted your customer support many times now to assist me because I lost my mk acc that had valuable diamond characters such as Shao Kahn, Mk11 scorpion, Noob Saibot and etc…to assist me because I lost my acc when I tried to log on.. when I emailed your customer support.. your useless customer support keeps on saying “I am unable to further assist or provide a different solution”!!! No use! Your customer support agents are useless!! If they cannot assist their customers with a simple problem surely your agents can easily fix then just fire them!! No use at all! My lost acc is “Dethstroke” and my current acc is “Deeznuts”.. I will not stop until your agents do not help me!!!

It keeps crashing after it enters the tutorial.i can’t even play

Elder God ruined by update
Best graphics, best side scrolling fighting game. Reached Elder God status playing for so long. Occasionally prompting synchronize error. Now crashing in the loading screen after halloween update.
I prefer buttons but okay
I like this game but I’m hoping to have buttons for combos, not just tapping randomly. Also, the loading per tap is so annoying. I can’t believe that I have to wait for just claiming something in my missions.

Survivor mode bug?
After updating the game a few days ago, it won’t let me play the Survivor mode even if I use the correct characters. I noticed that when I attempt to play the Survivor mode, the Kameo logo/side flashes in Red, and the Fight button is not functioning.
It’s good but I can’t log in, in to my main account
The game is great but a few days I want my main account on my iPad but I can’t log in which made me sad, please try adding log in or sign in on settings.
