I love this process. The intoxicating, truly extraordinary voice in the music takes me to such beautiful places. I find myself so relaxed and filled with a previously unknown equanimity that helps me face almost everything with a calm demeanor. This is saying something as I have struggled with severe PTSD since I was a small child. To NOT startle at every sound, and not overreact to small stimuli is like a miracle. After years of taking drugs to control the PTSD, I no longer need them regularly and only take them on very, very rare occasions. In the past, therapy helped, regular meditation helped, self-compassion helped but nothing else turned off the 24/7 panic that was always running inside. This didn’t happen overnight. I have been a part of the most high group since the beginning. So I have been doing daily or near daily sessions for a few years now. The progress has been slow and gradual but pronounced. So happy I found this. My life is SO much better.

I’d love to write a review but I haven’t used the app yet because there’s no directions. Am I supposed to watch the screen in a dark room, am I supposed to be lying down? All I know is I’m supposed to be alone. Anything else??

They did not over promise for Most High, they over delivered! You will experience transcendence. You will learn about the physiology and chemistry and neuroscience behind the methodology. The music alone is otherworldly.. Most High App has the potential to transform your inner being almost miraculously . I am so impressed I want everyone to have it. Muck love to you all.

I went into this with zero expectations. I’ve done lots of guided meditations but I’ve never had the experience quite like today. I am genuinely surprised by how my body and soul reacted to everything. I laughed I cried, at times I felt such a rush, like I was floating headlong down a river. If this is just my first session, I cannot even imagine what is in store for me. Truly amazing experience.

I am so grateful for this app! I especially love the videos with mother Mary’s prayers. I have been listening and praying along twice a day and have found that my stress has been reduced, and that my ability to forgive those who hurt me has increased 100 fold. I am now feeling calmer and more serene. I feel the spirit of love in my heart, after using this app for about a week. I can’t imagine what it’ll be like a year from now. Blessings to all.

I started using this organization’s site to align the vibration my soul with that of the Universe. As a Wayseer, I connected most with messaging that reminded me there is nothing wrong with me—in fact, all is right with me. I have been listening intently this past week to the meditations on the App and integrating them along with faith and prayer and I had a significant breakthrough. I was downloaded to my purpose in life. It is all clear now, I just need to experience all the various next steps. I am ELATED at how much this non-linear App has helped m life rediscover it’s meaning. Thank God for this guided journey into self-realization and manifestation. H
