NOT EASY TO USE
As a beginner investor, I found this app quite challenging to navigate and use effectively. The user interface is complex and not very intuitive, making it difficult to understand how to access various features and information. One major issue I encountered was with the PIN entry process. Despite following the instructions provided and entering the PIN exactly as instructed in the email, I repeatedly received an "invalid PIN" message, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Additionally, I faced difficulties when trying to close my account. Unlike many other platforms, there is no direct option within the app to close the account, which added unnecessary hassle to the process.
