Account Number/Zip Code Not Found
After subscribing to the digital version, I downloaded the app and got this message. I signed in to my new account on the website and still no change. Then I get the message that the format is incorrect ! They’re numbers, for cryin’ out loud! Give me the flippin’ format, then. Sheesh... I tried calling Customer Service to change my subscription to paper. Waited 15 minutes and was still #15 in the queue. They say they’ll call back. If I don’t receive a call by the end of today, I’m canceling my subscription. Worst customer service EVER!
