I bought the battery last May 23, 2023. Today i was in Malate and all of a sudden my car did not start na. I called the hotline and i was given a junp start service and was adviced to let it running for 1-2 hours para mag charge. After more than an hour roaming around manila and finaly got home i turned off the car. D na ulit mag start. Called the hotline and bibigyan lang ulit ako ng jumpstart? Motolite is good when you will buy a battery pero if warranty na iclaclaim mo sobrang hirap. This is the last time i will buy a battery from you. Madami pa namang ibang brand at least dun sa ibang brand walang expectations. Dito kung maibandera nyo ang 15, 24 months warranty wagas pero pag iclaclaim na pahirapan.

I wait for one hour for one day and can’t receive notifications for my account

My car won’t start today. All this time I thought it was the battery since I am still using the stock battery which is already 1yr and 8months old. With continuous troubleshooting of the service man assigned to me - named Adrian Zartiga, we discovered that its my key’s battery. Nevertheless, we still replaced the car battery and since I’m scared na tumirik on my own, Adrian escorted me to out home until I get a hold of my spare keys. Thank you Motolite! Today was a tiring day but Adrian did above and beyond his duties.

I tried many times to update my vehicle list but the app is not accepting it. Please look into this. I need to have the warranty activated.

CRASHING AND CANT SELECT LOCATION

This is the first time I used this app and its so disappointing! Mind you, I indicsted the correct manufactuter, model and make year only to find out when the technician arrived, that the battery which was actually suggested by this app is INCORRECT! So I had to wait for the technician to replace the battery from the outlet. Talk about waste of time! Also, when scheduling for a replacement, isn’t it suppose to show the date today first?! It is only here that the first date is actually tomorrow when you are operating 24/7!
