Bilden laggar och laddar inte alltid. Ibland försvinner den under användningen. Det går alltså inte att lita på att jag kommer kunna se mitt barn, vilket gör att jag måste ha en annan babyvakt samtidigt om jag vill vara säker på att få veta när mitt barn vaknar.

Detta med att den är ansluten till Wi-Fi har för oss bara vara krångligare än om det ”bara” varit en Walkie talkie funktion. Och appen är inte användarvänlig. Det är ju inte så smidigt när man är hos folk och det är annat Wi-Fi, det ska göra nya profil då osv. Inte gjord alls för att kunna ta med!

Den krånglar för ofta! Kopplar sakta, laggar (kan va vårt nätverk också, men där den är ska det va bra uppkoppling så tror ej det. Det dummaste som finns har motorola babycam också, att den låter/talar när den ska typ koppla ihop sig ”paring” paring complete” osv! Jag använder ju kameran NÄR mitt barn sover, så den väcker honom! Helt jäkla stört att de som gjort den tänkt att, ja va bra med ljud o tydlighet(absolut inte en bra sak!!!) appen gör saken bättre för du behöver inte ha igång skärmen som var med (för den låter hela tiden och as högt, det går inte att sänka, helt stört). Men du kan bara vara en användare på appen, rätt vanligt att vara två vårdnadshavare. Så när vi då ska byta vem som har koll så ska den just kopplas ihop igen och låta… dessutom tar det en stund. Nöjd- absolut inte.

Dem andra motorola apparna var så mycket bättre. När man öppnar kameran så kommer ljudet, video tar tid tills det kommer om det ens kommer. Testat och ta bort appen och laddat ner den igen. Testat med en annan telefon också. Men exakt samma problem. Så vänligen fixa detta med en ny uppdatering så bild/video kommer igång snabbt när man startar appen!

Even with WiFi working perfectly the video on the app is VERY delayed and takes forever to load, if it ever does.

I bought this to keep an eye on my Mother in Law. She was brought into our home 3 years ago and is now 101, soon to be 102. It gives me comfort knowing I can see her and hear her as needed, especially when I’m in the go. Thank you for your product , it’s been a game changer.

This is, by far, the WORST monitor software we had had the displeasure of using … and we’ve tried many. The app is sluggish, unintuitive, and (recently) started to monetize a feature that previously free. When we try to view the cameras through our phone, 90% of the time the camera loads incessantly, cannot connect to the camera (tells us its offline when its not), does not update. The temperature monitoring is painfully inaccurate, matching no other temperature monitors in the baby’s room. To do anything on the app is sluggish. It feels as though this app was an afterthought. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It’s already a slow, glitchy app and monitor. Now they’re charging for their services? I’ve used these monitors for a few years but will be switching asap

This was a baby shower gift so while I am grateful, I should’ve checked reviews before adding this to my registry. Every single time I open the app it buffers endless. Whether it’s to just check in on the baby or to look at a movement/sound notification- BUFFER. I have to open and close it dozens of times over several minutes. If I was actually relying on this in an emergency I’d be f’d. I don’t know that I can return it at this point but I’ll definitely be getting a new/different setup. *when the app actually works, then camera and features are fine. Nothing to write home about.

I paid for the yearly subscription. Just as of two days ago it lost connection with my baby’s room. I tried reconnecting it and it says the app is trying to download devices. So I can’t do anything absolutely nothing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Now it won’t send the verification code to my email so I can log back in. There is no customer service help from that point. So what am I to do since I’m paying the 99.99 a year to keep my camera’s going. I only have had the cameras for less than year. Oh btw after so many months you have to pay for some type of subscription to view the recordings. Which I think so absolutely insane with how much we have to pay for the cameras to begin with. Just like others said they don’t stay connected for long and syncing can be a bit of a hassle. Right now it’s my issue not being able to log in or be able to see my second camera in my child’s room.
