MSF has great classes. I enjoy the yoga classes, the teachers are great and the cost is way less than a yoga studio charges. Plus I can visit any location which is great because nice about the valley for work and can usually find a sesh somewhere along my way.

Clean facilities throughout all four locations I use. Good equipment and great fitness/zumba instructors. By far the best gym for the money in phx/scottsdale area. Highly recommend!

Love the app but would love to use my watch to check-in & use the app!

I only downloaded to use the barcode on my phone. It won’t let me enter it. This app is a big headache. Could be way better.

So clean, airy and well laid out, this is a great place to work out and the classes are fun too!

I recently found out that certain members pay extra to be able to book a class 48 hours in advance, which leaves no available spots for members who book 24 hours in advance. If the club is going to do things like this, at least limit the amount of 48 hour booking to half the spots, and give the opportunity to everyone else who can’t pay more per month! There are very popular classes I enjoy but have not been able to go in months because the club wants to make more money!

It’s a busy gym. I would give anything to have a dance class at 9:00 am

I use this app a lot to book classes. The app is ok for booking classes but really can use some improvements. It would be nice if the spot map for classes stays available when you go into the class to show your spot, allows you to see what spots are still open, and gives you the ability to change spots if better ones open up due to cancellations without actually having to cancel original booking to see what is open. I don’t want to lose my spot to see if there is a better spot that opened up

Class is always amazing! We are met with good energy from Beth, great music & a well thought out workout! I appreciate Beth!
