L’application et les bornes sont une catastrophe en terme de technique… les bornes ne sont pas toujours labellisées avec les qrcode pour démarrer la charge. 90% du temps les bornes ne fonctionnent pas en utilisant l’activation par l’application. On doit appeler le service de support avec potentiellement des gens antipathique et peu utile car même les redémarrages des bornes ne fixent pas le problème. C’est totalement une honte de proposer un service autant désastreux avec des tarifs si élevée. Vivement que ce monde d’entreprise qui abusent de leur position soit révolue.

ich kann mich an der Lenk bei eine 22Kwh-Ladestation (der Station links) nie anmelden. Ein Anruf an die Hotline hat auch nichts gebracht: immer Minutenlanges warten in Warteschlaufe! Habe schliesslich immer aufgehängt.

Sehr übersichtliche App. Hatte noch nie Probleme mit dem Starten des Ladevorgangs. Übersichtliche Abrechnung. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Wieso ist das so dermassen mühsam? Ich wollte doch nur schnell einstecken und laden? Über die Chargemap App wars nicht möglich, dann findet man die App nicht (ein QR-Code zur App wäre hilfreich gewesen), dann werde ich für die Bezahlung wieder in den Browser geschickt und kann mit Twint nur CHF 40 laden – einfach nervig. Genau so nervt Elektromobilität…

The move.ch app is really well put togther, meaning it’s easy to use and easy to navigate through. This said, sometimes, charging stations do not show up on e.g my iPhone, but shows on my iPad which is of no good when out and about. Charge history with all relevant information is easy to retrieve and read, so over all a pretty good app, with the best and very clear charging prices.

3x versucht bei EnBW in Deutschland zu laden. Fast jede Aktion führt zu „Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte probieren Sie es später erneut.“ Die Ladevorgänge konnte ich zwar irgendwann starten, beenden ging aber nie. Musste immer die EnBW Hotline bemühen.

Pas activé depuis un mois. Pourquoi???

The app used to be straightforward until I can no longer see the price of charging per kWh when I click on a charger on the map! Please bring this feature back! UPDATE: The prices have moved inside when you tap on a specific plug. Thanks for the feedback from the developer!
