App keeps crashing after about 15 seconds. Cannot use it effectively

Full of bugs. The report bugs itself doesn’t work. Shows incorrect tracking locations.

Main feature to report bug itself have bug as it doesn’t work and keeps popping message “bad request “

Additionally, the app sends timely notifications regarding cab arrivals and any delays, keeping me well-informed. However, there is room for improvement. Occasionally, the app experiences glitches, such as delays in updating the cab’s location or issues with booking during peak hours. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall performance and reliability of Move In Sync make it a valuable tool for daily commuters.

Always assign wrong cab even after change my address. SOS is not working which is imported for us. Lot of problems

I recently moved to IOS and the app has been constantly crashing for me. Is there a way to fix?

I’ve been using this app from 2 years and now it’s been crashing much frequently. I’ve asked and most of my friends using Apple has same issue. When are you going to fix it?
