Doesn’t track minutes on iPhone. What is up with that?

Every time they push out a new update to this app, it makes impossible to log on to the app for several days. Super bad configuration management!!!

I suggest to add widget for monitoring steps from out of the app and it will be easy and fast monitoring and motivation for the user. I hope to see it in next update.

Can’t find how to add the water I drink. Very frustrating!

Fixes were made with app

My company just started using the MoveSpring app for challenges. I find the app a pleasure to navigate. My husband needed to manually enter his information and the customer service side of this company is so impressive! Their communication skills and problem solving abilities remind me of the excellence of Apple Support!

Why are you unable to join MoveSpring as an individual, if you are not associated with a company or organization? Thanks

The amount of times I have to log back in to this app is ridiculous. It’s enough to make me not want to use it.

I have tried to redownload the app several times and each time it keeps asking for my payment methods.

Constantly logs me out of the app on a regular basis, and brings me to an error message of “Try again later” when I follow the steps given to me by the the support chat. I’m giving up trying to remain logged in. This is annoying as my work uses MoveSpring points towards our health insurance program
