Very poor Performance
This Apps seem to work quite well while I was using trial version. Then I decided to subscribed for a year. Ever since then, this app provides very erratic reports. Walking is reported as transport and transport including air transport reported as walking. Again most erratic scenero is it never reports exact location despite my GPS is on for 24/7. I sought help from customers service but even their service standard is also very poor. I am writing this report to warm other user so that similar problem is avoided. I ask MoveX to refund my annual subscription fee but they act dead and perhaps they may die soon. I am just one customer raising this issue but am sure there are 1000s. Good luck MoveX for cheating your customers. Even after writing above text, the service provider simply says update my iOS to latest version. I am already on latest updates. Now the problem with MoveX is I can not sign in. It says my email is not registered which is not true. I wrote several times to the service providers asking them to refund my annual subscription fees but they simply ignored all my efforts. Currently I am seeking guidance from legal expert and once I gather enough materials, let’s have a talk. I don’t mind even if no one responds to this but these materials will be used as evidence down the line.
