I was watching a movie on this app on the tv, and then it kicked me out, saying “Video Playback Error”.

Maybe its there but don’t see it but I don’t see the option to alphabetize my collection from A to Z on AppleTV. If you don’t have it please add it because it makes it way easier to find a movie when you have big collection

If I can’t access the shows I purchase, I will take my business to Amazon prime.

I signed up via the website, added it to my Roku, connected my Prime account… and it only showed half the movies I had purchased. (Yes, this was in my library.) I signed out, signed back in, same thing. Then discovered this is not uncommon, it will not add movies from certain studios, which you won’t know until after you sign up. Does defeated the purpose of me having movies anywhere, so I proceeded to try to delete my account. Well, apparently you can’t even delete your account on the website or on the Roku app. You have to download the app on your iPhone or iPad and then delete it from there. So I had to download this app onto my iPad for the sole purpose of deleting my account. Terribly user experience, distinct lack of transparency, will never try it again.

nothing is hd about this trash app on either os. why does the player disappear after returning to app through app switcher? pip wont transfer back to full screen when returning to the app. what a moronic and horrendous app. welcome to 2024. fire ur devs 👹

App doesn’t support Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio on iPad and iPhone when using AirPods Max/Pro, we only get 5.1 multichannel spatial audio whereas other streaming services do support Atmos
