Why after updating game is so laggy?

I really love to play this game from my laptop. I liked the first part, but you added so many new things to the second part, and I’m having so much fun with it! But I’m missing some things from the previous game, and I also have a few suggestions on what you could add to the game, to make player’s experience more fun! - Adding the photo function from the first part. I really had a lot of fun with this photo thing, especially when I could add my photos to the artbooks! I can see why this function isn’t in the second part, but If it’s possible, I would love to see it here! - Search bar in shop and in the MovieTown. It was so practical! I could search for a lot of things I’m interested in… I love, that you improved the tags in the shop, but I feel like sometimes, it’s still hard to search for some pieces, so I would love if you also add the search bar from the first part! - I would love to have more games… I feel like it’s something that you would add in the future, but I still wanted to mention it! - And finally the followers thing. I’m not sure how to explain it, it isn’t in the first part of the game, but I feel like it would be nice to have it in the second part ! Sometimes there is a users who makes amazing looks, movies and artbooks, but I’m to shy to be friends with them or I just would love to see more of their content… so I would love if you add this function, like following the other users, so players won’t lose other players which artbooks/looks/movies they love. I hope I explained this well. I’m not sure if it’s possible to add this massive function in your game, but maybe you could add something similar ? I would love to see it! Sorry for all mistakes, English isn’t my first language, but I love to play your game and I would love to see a lot of new functions! Thank you for your time, love this game really dearly.

But it deleted my old account on it and I can’t log in anymore

I enjoy the game but just wasted my money on vip because for the last few days this game refuses to open it stays on the loading screen

I bought vip and the game is notoriously buggy. Well despite having it the game insists i don’t have vip whenever im doing something that’s paywalled, but then i double check my subscriptions or my profile and im in fact vip. waste of money and time consistently. been playing since this debuted around 4 years ago and its just pretty slow catching its ground. not much to do, has for sure improved since it first came out. most of my enjoyment just comes from character customization but the bugs can become very limiting. annoying

i waited for 20 minutes, restarted the app and my wifi is perfect but still wouldn’t load after i made a avatar

I have vip, yet the vip color box doesn’t let me pick colors. Only out of the nonvip colors. LET ME HAVE MY VIP COLORS!

Yall updated but none of the bugs been fixed. And this is why ur games are failing. Try and be like animaljam. Listen to ur community instead of ignoring or banning people for their ideas.

I bought 3 months of VIP and it will not let me buy vip items from the house shop which makes me frustrated. Thank you to the team.
