They rejected my id because someone else doing the job in the same house

Everything good map not working

No phone number to call and fix issues with all done by email. This is a problem when the customer is not technically inclined. Had a customer who lost the payment code cause locked out there email. We tried to get ahold of moving helper. Nothing needs to be done on computer. They don’t have one. Tried live chat, no one available. Job was done could do nothing to get paid. We spent 30 mins trying to get it resolved nothing. Never got paid for the job. Then to add salt to wound moving helper labeled it as a no show cause the job could be closed properly. Can’t do instant jobs on moving helper now. Just a joke. Also I get work from 5 moving brokers they all allow me to contact customer and get details for job before I officially accept it. Moving helper throws the job on you before you retrieve details and if job does not work out for whatever reason it’s a strike against you as a cancellation. What kind of none sense is that. Horrible set up for moving helper as far as there system goes.

App is basic and functions poorly. The design is horrible looking.

Need more ways to get jobs.

As i was trying to sign up, i had gotten to the buisness description part- then this alert for certain special characters came up stating that i cannot use certain characters, ok cool. The funny part is, i wasn’t using any special characters and when i tried to move on to the next part of the sign up process, it kept me on that page sending me back to the description part with the alert. I am unable to proceed filling out my info. Please fix this.

The only issues I have with it are: I have to sign in almost every time I use it; can’t read reviews in the app. And, I’d LOVE it if the developers would add a link in the app that I could text to customers so they could write a review because most people are too lazy to go into their Uhaul account and write a review.

honestly at first the app was iffy but as I’ve been using it for the past three months they have been updating their software quite a lot and I love how they’ve been doing it other than that this app great helps me get a lot of jobs in and out and I love how I can handle them from home and so forth or doing pretty good on the job
