Good luck getting anything done in this app. Doesn’t abide by any conventional user interfaces practices. Can’t even make a payment. Just use the kiosk

They want you to use these apps and then they add a service fee when you use them.

Very complicated signup process as the other reviewers mentioned. If you are in municipal government and looking at reviews to determine if you offer this to your residents, I write this to urge you to find a better company with a better app for your people.

Developers and product managers should be embarrassed by what they put people through who are just trying to park their car. Autofill doesn’t work with any forms.. won’t even let paste in a credit card number! Please invest in a better experience.

Total garbage.

Managed to get a $50 parking fine despite reserving through the app which in itself took forever to register. Please spare yourself the pain and just get a ticket at the kiosk.

No zone number on each block

Crashes a lot when you try to enter parking space. Still beats walking to a meter only to find it broken.

I downloaded this app and it has my car from 3 years years ago and there is absolutely no way to update my vehicle information didn’t get much further than that, but it certainly didn’t look easy to use. Complete utter garbage
