تحتوي الاصدارة الجديدة 7.0 على العديد من الخدمات الذكية المبتكرة والميزات الجديدة التفاعلية لمختلف فئات المتعاملين وهي:
دمج جميع خدمات حجز المواقف في التطبيق الرئيسي للدائرة.
خدمة تجديد العقود السكنية باستخدام التوقيع الرقمي والختم الرقمي من خلال الربط مع الهوية الرقمية
خدمة تجديد تصاريح البناء
خدمة شهادة لمن يهمه الامر (المباني)
خدمة راصد للاقتراحات والشكاوي
خدمة دفع الرسوم
خدمة دفع المخالفات
خدمة الاستعلام عن حالة الطلب

The new version 7.0 contains many innovative smart services and interactive new features for different categories of customers, namely:
1. Merging all parking reservation services (MAWQIFI Services) in this app.
2. Renewing Residential contracts using the digital signature and the E-seal through UAE Pass integration.
3. Renew Building permit service
4. To whom it may concern Certification service (building Dept)
5. RASSED for suggestions and complaints
6. Fee payment service
7. Pay Fines service
8. Application Inquiry status
New features:
1. Fashionable new design according to the best standards
2. Login to the application through fingerprint / face recognition
3. Registration by UAE Pass
4. Service rating
5. Happiness indicator
6. Profile Managment

Worst Application
This is the one if the worst applications I have used. They charged money twice, but does not reflect anything on the application. I called customer service twice. No help provided, very rude behavior and no resolution. Extremely disappointed!
Payment
It’s very difficult after all the updates to pay the parking. I’m using apple pay and money is deducting but parking ticket not issuing. So many times it happens very recently. Please check on it and this app was very useful and user friendly.
The application needs to be fixed
For a long time I have been paying through Apple Pay, but about a month ago this payment service was down!!

ياخذ وقت اطول ومراحل عديدة لحين استطيع ان ادفع ارجو جعل ادخال البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف اختياري معظم الاوقات لا احتاج لفاتورة
تطبيق تعيس بمعنى الكلمة، دفعت للمواقف و ما سجل مدة الفترة المسموحة
لا انصح بإستخدامه نهائياً

I have an eSIM from Virgin Mobile and the app gives me an error message saying no Sim available
