The whole app needs re-designing to look and feel more modern onpart with the main bank app and website

I haven’t received any money back since 26th August 2023. Now it’s December and in the app my amount on 30th of November 2023 was €33,48 and on the 1st of December €30.08 and they don’t return those money back to me. I have contacted the bank and all the answers were just excuses that nobody can believe! I hate to leave bad reviews but for this app I don’t know. If you have the same issue, It will be good to report it too.

No chance to even register or login. App do not send OTP.

App has lots of technical issues. You have to register every once in a while. Zero user friendly and hasn’t been fixed for a long period.

Sorry guys just don’t have the time to waste waiting for the code to arrive in due course. Uninstalling now.

Mple rewards system is a joke. If i was a bank I would be embarrassed to introduce a system with mostly 0,1% ( cashback from only a handful of vendors. I calculated my potential earnings and i will never get a cashback equal to the previous point system. That’s the perfect excuse to use revolut credit card more Hellenic bank is becoming stingy....

The app is useless. I cannot register my two credit cards. It says incorrect information entered. And yes they are credit cards. Not debit cards.
