Still rubbish app
Still a useless app worked for one day to set up the wifi then cannot find any devices on the second day. Absolutely useless as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

This is a mobile app is for Zyxel MPro Mesh Wi-Fi 6 whole-home managed WiFi system. MPro Mesh app is a subscriber self-help app, enabling simple network management features such as complete view of home network, home device list, Wi-Fi setup, one-click guest WiFi setup and parental control for internet access.
MPro Mesh App feature highlights include the following:
．Access MPro Mesh gateway from anywhere
．Send push notification when a new device is online
．View all wireless or wired devices connected to the home and guest network
．Change wireless network name and password
．Enable guest wireless network, create name and password for the guest wireless net work
．View information about all the clients connected to home network
．Instant block internet access on all the client devices
．Easily add and configure extenders to create a single whole-home wireless network
Note: The app only displays the functions supported by your device. (For example, instant block is not supported on extender.)

Shock another issue with hyperoptic
Paid an extra £7 a month to get this mesh booster as their techs installed out box in the wrong place of the flat. Now when trying to connect this app can’t connect to wifi. Joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor! I have to delete and re install every time I need to use the app. Useless
Kcom useless as ever
Bought this through Kcom and as with all the other dealings with the worst internet provider was instructed to use the app! Obviously it does not even connect! Terrible company as ever I cannot wait until my contract ends
Won’t connect to main router
Awful
only works once
Worked once but now can’t connect to router. Advises to press 'back button' to return to config screen, but there is no back button. Delete & reinstall makes no difference.
Broken
This app doesn’t even deserve one star, it just doesn’t work. As mentioned by previous reviews it just says it cannot connect to router
Doesn’t work…
Feared the worst given other ratings & I’m afraid they were right. Software hardly works at all (around twice every twenty attempts) & is now being blamed by KCOM for slowing our overall internet speeds to about a third of what they should be….
