Hopeless

Shows “Error Undefined” when logging in, and also shows “Error Undefined” when I tap on reset password. Same error after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Dafuq are you guys doing

$0.20 MORE EXPENSIVE

DO NOT USE THIS APP. The prices are $0.20 more expensive than the ordering kiosk. And you need to input your credit card details EVERY TIME you buy. No Apple Pay.

Payment doesn’t work

Paid twice using card but only to be shown a string of what looks like jwt token

Excellent Idea and need improvement

Makes me order more often knowing I can order to pick up though I had experience at GWC the service staff did not see the order so I had to park longer as it was as good as no pre-order even when there is no crowd. Better if can link to Apple Pay as I need to input the credit card info every single time I order

Poor app

So I saw that the app can make payment, left the long queue after waiting in line for 15 mins, then turn out the payment can’t get through. Have to join the stupid queue again. Stupid app waste my time

why is it $0.20 more than purchasing in store…isn’t self collection supposed to be free…

Counter orders prioritised over app orders

I have been using the app to place order before reaching the store but still have to wait 15-20mins all the while seeing people who ordered through the counter receiving their drinks. A great app poorly implemented. Edit: my drink was done but stored at the fridge but no notification or whatsoever
