Can’t chat to the driver and the AI chat is useless. Will use UBER eat forward to avoid disappointment.

It’s ridiculous how it says it “supports MasterCard, Visa”, etc but it won’t support my international credit card while UberEats, Takealot, OneCart, MrPrice, and so on have no problem doing so. This is so inconvenient especially since cash payments have been stopped since corona. I would really like to order via MrD because it has a wider variety than UberEats but unfortunately it just blatantly doesn’t support people who are on temporary visas in South Africa.

App is brilliant works very well never had issues but the mark up on the food and drink prices is rediculous some items are double,id rather drive there myself

Since the most recent update it seems like they do not allow card payments anymore but instant EFT through Ozow, Cash and ebucks. Why has the card payments disappeared.
