Unable to track the order, even after receiving the order number . The app is not convenient to use👎😓

I have been trying for so long to link my mymoney account to the app but it keeps on saying there was an error linking the account and I need to try again. No further details how to rectify. This has been the case for years and I just stopped trying. I tried again today after a very long time, same issue.

Struggled to place my order,keeps loading and does not show all the items as on the website,also very slow.

If you use your free voucher and your transaction fails for that discount, it can no longer be reused.

The horrible app development. Hire a proper software development team who has successfully built an app before. This app just gives errors and loading time. 3+ years and never could purchased anything from app. Right now app looks like no one ever paid the developer or you had an intern developer just having fun for free.

It was all right. A lot of the duvet cover and sheets that I click on to view and possibly purchase constantly gives an “error” message
