Bad experience

Captcha bugging everytime i try to log in. The app bugs everytime i enter it. Moreover, the app has bad grammar in french🤣🤣🤣 « conpletez votre profil pour en profitez » « en profitez » ‘ez’?? come on!

I’m so excited to be ordering. I don’t get why everyone else is complaining, it was so easy to get in. On your profile -above, It says FR or EN if you wanna switch it. that may have been like last year the problem existed though 3:

Can’t log in

I’m all for the idea of an app, but please make sure we can log in. It’s incredibly frustrating. Logging in works fine on the website, but doesn’t work at all on the app because of the CAPTCHA. Please fix.

Not working

Not able to login and the only time I was able to, I’ve never received my order and got charge on my card for something I’ve never received!!

It always displays “The CAPTCHA has not been successful. Please try again.”

Many flaws

Promotions in the app do not work such as for the olympics leading to purchases that the app doesn’t take receipt of. Made a normal mobile order before and that also did not transfer to the restaurant staff-systems don’t seem to connect seamlessly. i’ve only been to mr.puffs 3 times and each visit has been a headache sadly with this app
