Can’t create an account or continue as a guest. Can’t order, can’t do anything with the app. Save your time and efforts and just call or get pizza from somewhere else. Been like this since October 2022 at a minimum. Clearly not interested in correcting this.
It won’t even let you log in.
I love Mr. Jim’s pizza, but the app doesn’t even work. Needs major work.
Impossible to order from app like everyone is stating. I love the pizza but connivence is everything to me. I ordered from somewhere else. I was so irritated after trying so many attempts.
Downloaded app and then created an account but then when I try to login, it says your session has expired even though I haven’t logged in to the account for it to expire. Then tried to continue as a guest and all it does is take me back to the page to login or create account so I can’t even get into the app to continue with an order. Got tired of entering my information over and over and also this does not have integration with Google, Facebook etc to automatically pull my information to create an account or login. Needs major updates to fix these bugs and to upgrade the app
You’d think for the amount of money they charge for bread with vegetables on it they could hire a competent IT team to create an app that actually worked. It’s terrible. Nothing works well. It’s like trying to stream 4k on dial up. It’s 2023 Mr. Jim. Figure it out, seriously.
Hate the app. Worst app in the app store. Definitely needs someone to look at it
Downloaded the app it crashed and when trying to create an account and log it you can’t login and you have to do the process all over again.
Title says it all - the app is trash as is the website, honestly. Everything is janky and parts don’t work. Can’t sign in, can’t reset password, can’t create new account - tells me I already have an account, but can’t access it as previously mentioned. Just skip this place and order from somewhere else, their pizza isn’t worth all the hassle.
I know there’s some trouble shooting when you start an app, but it’s 2022. Basic functionality is a given at this point. Can’t log in even as a guest and therefore no pizza.
