Always very happy with my orders from M&S , you really can’t go wrong Thank you for a great service and choice !
Difficulty at checkout
I had a lot of trouble finalising my order. Site kept asking me to correct errors that I couldn’t find. Eventually I cancelled everything loaded a new card and had to start again 😢
The worst on line shopping app. Time consuming very frustrating
Have endured many years of this terrible app never improves and would have spent many 1000s more if it worked properly!

Excellent app
Very good app, very easy to use, bit like Marks and Sparks themselves! Photos and descriptions are very accurate, quality never fails, overall a pleasure to use if you like M&S but live away from a store - like about 12,000 miles from a store
Brittle
Great selection of gifts as you'd expect from M&S, the App design is nice and clean and relatively simple to follow, but the checkout is where it gets let down. The checkout menu options are not always clear or intuitive, it doesn't accept foreign phone numbers, the address field refers only to street number, with no indication of where to put street and town names, although the postal code search seems good. The little red error message boxes (for delivery dates and credit card info for e.g.) should be modified to allow one to tap on it so as to take you to the relevant field and make any corrections required, rather than having to sift through the displayed page to find what needs changed. But apart from that I'd recommend it.
