App stops working randomly.

‘Add payment method’ tab not working (bottom button remains gray), and no reps to support when you go into help / chat option.

Why do any school districts use this? It is a complete rip off. If your school is steering you towards this dumb app you should contact them to complain. Why couldn’t you just pay them like normal? Why do they steer you towards a for-profit company with poor service and excessive fees? One other note, because they charge you fees every time you pay, they are inherently charging poor people who might only be able to afford smaller amounts at a time much more. So… they charge the poorest families the most essentially. They should be ashamed they exist as a company.

This app is just as trashy as our schools are becoming. Constantly closes takes your bank information. No pay invoice doesn’t give you the payment summary, but only has the word “close”

I have been forced to use this company for years with my two children. The app is very buggy and making a payment often does not work and it takes multiple times. Super frustrating. It’s never gotten better.

I don’t ever write reviews on apps, but this one is SO bad, I felt like I had to warn other parents. 75% of the time it doesn’t let me add funds. Or they don’t appear in the cart. Or I can’t add a new card. When I had it automated for once a week, they started randomly withdrawing it on OTHER days! Which is actually a violation of credit card compliance. Their fees are stupid high. I can’t stand this app. I’ve take screenshots but it won’t let me display them for you. I don’t know how they got 32,000 five star reviews, there’s no way I’m the only one experiencing this!

If I could give it a zero I would, the payment portal constantly has issues, I constantly have to refresh the App, it takes up to 3 days to post money… other students go over their balance and still can purchase food but my child can’t?!? It’s my only option! I’m shocked at the high reviews… they must be bot generated. I am a tech person and this is definitely not a user error.

It takes way too long to text code, keeps asking for one even when you select “remember this device”. Often cannot fund my kids lunch account because it’s “unable to add to the cart”. It’s really ridiculous- you’re charging for this service- fix the bugs!!!

Worst app. Always had bugs, runs beyond slow, takes DAYS to show up for my child to actually use. They really really need to update this app better

This app is so trash. The fact it nearly has 5 stars is definitely false rating! I hate it so much. It’s always a problem.
