Great app!

Such a great app to see how much snow has dropped and see what runs are open!!

Just cannot log in, access benefits and feel you need to reinvent yourselves. It is 2024.

Only try to use snowcam and is totally unusable

This app looked great and I thought it would allow me to log into my mt Buller account but it doesn’t. So obviously a separate provider … disappointing I have to keep using the website to log in instead :(

It would be great if the app displayed ALL snow cameras and not just the ones displaying visible snow. The app normally displays heaps more, so it’s obvious that this season those that show limited snowfall have been intentionally removed.

Who is the genius that says “let’s make btags and buying tickets online. But not have the ability to link it all in the app”… Useless.

Really enjoy the App and features. Went skiing with a friend and used the run tracking - showed a big difference between our results even though we were together all day. Not sure if its’ accuracy.

Like the website, issues with registering btag then linking that to lift passes. Other functions are ok. Heard the same story from others and note in reviews this was a issue 4years ago. Would have thought it was fixed over pandemic.

There is almost nothing good about this app from a real needs pint of view. We use it because there is no substitute. Given all the years this app has been working and the time for revision, it is incredibly disappointing that it hasn’t been improved- especially the ticket purchasing process. Any other e-commerce website that had this kind of experience would have lost all its customers year ago.
