It just works
Having never taken the LIRR, and coming from a city that doesn’t have mass transit, I walked on and realized I should have bought a ticket. But I didn’t because there were no turnstiles. I hastily searched for the app, found it, downloaded it, created an account, found my train, and paid in the span of about 2 minutes as I sat in my seat. Bravo UX team. Bravo.
