Never seen an App this slow!

The app has improved a lot recently

Doesnt work properly too slow promoting fake Hello15 promo code thats not being accepted when you check out

It takes very long time to download which makes the shopping experience boring

The app is very good but the interface is slow and takes time to load. Nothing else to complain about.

Filtering doesn’t work. Search gives weird results. Very annoying as it is difficult to find what u need.

Tried to pay a few times but there is always an error message saying to contact the store to pay. Tried several times to update and download the app again but always ends up with the same payment error message. So annoying

Very disappointed from the service received by the customer service, a return and refund that takes more than 2 weeks. And when you contact them for the 10000 times they confirm that it’s their mistake (call recorded) and they promise to process and complete my refund, until this moment my money is not received. I called the customer service this morning and the lady was saying it’s my bank that I have to check with although her colleague confirmed it’s That Concept Mistake!!! Compared to other luxury brand platforms your guys definitely need to step up the application you use and the service you provide otherwise you will lose many customers like you did with me! I will never recommend this app, because the most impost pasty of such apps is the service, speed and flexibility with customers, unfortunately I didn’t find any at your application!!! Very disappointed
