Such an oversight, can’t use the app without a local SIM card. All visitors you can use TRAFI but bare in mind minimum payment for tickets is 5€ 🤦‍♂️

App accepts local registered contract SIMs only, useless for any foreign traveller or local with PAYG or foreign SIM. What’s more, only accepts bank transfers from local banks only as a payment, no CCs. What a useless piece of thing! Scrap this shameful piece of thing and let Ridango do what they know the best!

App asking for a pin out of the sudden that cannot be reset, nothing coming via SMS. No English support. Absolutely ridiculous. I would rate 0 if there was that option it’s not even worth one start. Very disappointed.

You must have Lithuanian phone number to use this app. Completely useless for tourists or visitors. Major inconvenience for Lithuanians who visit their family from abroad and do not own Lithuanian phone number or tourists. It would make it so much easier to buy tickets on the go on this app if you need it urgently, instead of having to top up vilniecio kortele. They closed a lot of spaudos kioskas and topping up online takes ages to show up on the card, so this app would be a good alternative. COULD BE.

It is a nice app but it’s strange that the last review was written 9 years ago. I think it should have more people using it. It is quite weird that i have to be unconnected from wifi to use it so if not this problem and the design I would give it 5 stars.

Easy to use if you know Lithuanian… Also, only supports Lithuanian numbers, and if you have dual SIM, make sure the Lithuanian one is set as the default one for mobile data or it will not work. You’ve been in the EU for almost 2 decades now, time for you to build your infrastructures with an international mind!

Man kaip sveciuj atvikusiam is užsienio nepavyksta užsiregistruoti šitoje programelej. Kažkokia diskriminacija turistu ir svečiu . Arba matomas kartelinis susitarimas su susisiekimo paslaugu ir mobilaus rysio operatoriu kad turistai pirku lietuviskas sim korteles . Geda Lietuvai už tokius darbus

What a waste

Visad naudodavau Trafi ir neturėjau bėdų. O dabar pradėjo reikalauti pirkti bilietų bent už 5 eurus, bet pavieniams bilietams nukreipia į mTicket. Gerai, galvoju, jokių problemų. Bet mTicket net nepavyko prisiregistruoti, iškart meta error - matyt netinka užsienietiškas telefono numeris. Tiek iš to skaitmeninimo :) Visiškai niekam tikus programėlė, jei neturi lietuviško tel. numerio.
