Mubawab offers a vast selection of real estate properties, but there are some issues with the app version for iPhone and iPad Pros that need to be addressed. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with their IT and customer service teams, I have yet to receive any feedback. This lack of responsiveness suggests that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Mubawab. I am writing this review to bring attention to these concerns in the hope that the Mubawab team will take action to improve their technical standards. Specifically, the app's image viewing capabilities on certain devices need improvement, and the customer service experience has been consistently poor. I urge the responsible parties at Mubawab to take these issues seriously and make necessary changes to enhance the overall user experience.
