Enttäuscht

Nur nutzbar nach Registrierung. Somit lässt sich die Kamera nicht in Betrieb setzen, wenn kein Internet verfügbar ist. Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen nicht auf Deutsch.

Mubview PK320

Eigentlich wollten wir nur mal aus Spaß unsere Fellnasen beobachten. Auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen der PK 320 und des günstigen Preises haben wir uns für diese entschieden. Sie wurde gut verpackt geliefert. Die Installation war schnell , sowie Problemlos. (Selbst für mich, welche bei technischen Dingen null Ahnung hat) Innerhalb weniger Minuten hatte ich die Cam installiert. Die Einstellungen sind Verständlich. Die Aufnahmen am Tag , sowohl auch in der Nacht sind sehr gut. Wir nutzen eine SD Karte. Nach ca 4 1/2 Wochen gab es ein technisches Problem mit der App, weshalb man nicht mehr Zugriff auf die Cam hatte. Support angeschrieben und sehr zügig beantwortet und geklärt worden. Das nenne ich Service !!! Wir sind von Leistung, Preis, Service & Qualität 100% Zufrieden und können eine klare Kauf -Empfehlung aussprechen.

Schon beim registrieren gehen die Probleme los. Man kann keine Telefonnummer über die App angeben. Außer die Landesauswahl geht nichts.
