I love the product but the app is very irritating. The log in process is annoying with sending codes, and then if you leave the “account” part of the app trying to learn how to navigate the app in the first place, you have to go through the already irritating log in process. I ran out of mud 4 days ago but avoided ordering more because the app is annoying. Also, the 90 serving bag now lasts 55 days, are the portions getting smaller than they were 3-4 years ago?
This made it very easy to replace my coffee and caffeine intake. I’ve been sleeping so well since I started drinking mud!
I can’t express enough how grateful I am for mud water! I noticed improvements in energy and overall feeling great like better focus , less stiffness in the mornings. Most of the reviews posted here are for the products NOT the app. Don’t be fooled. This is not a five star app. It is easily a 3 to 5 star product.
I was a huge coffee person for years. You could say I was a coffee snob, but started to notice that it was not helping me. I was having serious problems with my stomach and I was exhausted all the time. I remember hearing about MUD\WTR years ago and I decided to give it a try after a ton of research. I’ve been using it for a month now and I have noticed serious positive changes. Not only with my gut and fatigue but with my mood. I’m never going back to coffee.

I just now installed the app for the first time after using the product for a few months. I needed to change the subscription details. I was able to easily change the frequency, but that change could not be saved until I explicitly set the quantity again, which was not actually changed. After seeing a confirmation that my changes wee we RE applied, there’s no (obvious) way to return to the main menu or anywhere else.
App has no “back” function to move among menu choices, cannot get out of its pages. Product is good; App is terrible to use.
