Munbyn Print

A solid little workhorse. Reliable. Self feeding works great, even on those rare occasions when the printer paper is off center(my fault), it is easy to put back on track. Saves time and thus makes me money. my wife rolled her eyes at me because I always comment on how much I love this little machine. Cheers peeps!!!

No more can you specify to print a number of stickers; one can only print one sticker at a time. What a significant step backwards … I would not had bought the unit if they were going to do significantly hamper the unit like this.

Overall the printer is good for my small business, it prints very fast and the quality is ok. But think twice before ordering because its app is hard to deal with. I made label templates for different kinds of products to save time on printing and it turned out that saved templates can be edited or just disappear without any reason while you are working with other template. Awful if you want your label with a lot of info to be saved but need to make little changes from time to time (for example packaging date).

The model numbers of the printers didn’t correspond to my model number of printer but I picked the one it looked like and it worked. I wish one could crop images in the app but otherwise it’s pretty easy to figure out.

Doesn’t matter which machine I pick, my machine doesn’t connect to any option.

I wish you’d stop updating this app so often. Every time there’s an update, it doesn’t let you use it without downloading the new one, which means you have to wait and login all over again (and sometimes reconnect the Bluetooth device) before being able to print anything. When I just want to print something quickly, I have to open the app first, then go back to the page I want to print, then hit the app icon to print it, which results in the page being saved inside of the app, THEN I can print it inside the app. Would be nice if it just worked like a normal printer WITHOUT the need for the app. I don’t need all of these templates and extra app things to print a single shipping label! I thought that was the point of a Bluetooth printer.

App is hard to use, always crashing and when trying to do a template from scratch there’s always something. It’s kinda sad, the printer is nice and it’s saving our company hundreds of dollars but we have to upgrade for something better.

Hard to use , terrible set up , quality is low

Makes labels blurry and unable to be scanned. Absolutely trash! Don’t waste your time!

I was easily able to print by labels for months by cropping them and printing the same size as my label. Now, when I rotate to fit the label it gets tiny. The app interface changed drastically. Nothing wants to work how it use to for me. When I put in custom size that doesn’t work ever. Very frustrating.
