This game is amazing but one task ends up taking up so much energy, less screen time. It’s a bit sad for the free users, you can’t play for long enough in one session and it reminded me why I deleted this game in the first place.
I LOVE this game but the energy situation is not it. Energy takes forever to reload and I don’t understand why we can’t use gems to buy energy?? And let’s be real, no one is going to Facebook for contests and giveaways❤️ But either way it’s great game, I just wouldn’t recommend it if you’re impatient like me.
I’ve been stuck on the same cutscene, I click to find something in the doctors room and then my screen goes completely black and I can’t exit the scene or use a hint or anything. It’s been like this for nearly a year now
Hi, I am in chapter 1 of the Murder in the Alps game. I am at the point where I am matching Giovanni’s shoe to the footprints in the cellar but I am having trouble putting the shoe on the prints and they are right at the bottom of the screen and selecting an item sort of floats it above my finger on the screen so when I get low enough to put the shoe down the screen runs out. What is your suggestion please? I tried to submit through app support but i just get a service error over and over.

Sometimes after watching the videos to get energy the energy is not loaded, it’s very bad
Every time when I get to the scene where I have to get the hat it says downloading missing content and there shortly after it says error occurred wile downloading! Why this is is something I don’t know so please fix this.
Even though 99% of your players have brought this energy issue to your attention…NOTHING has been done about it! You can’t even finish 1 game without your energy running out… it’s infuriating and makes me want to delete the game altogether
Common theme. Well thought out game, great stories. But energy regen is stupid. This throughout all this developers games. Can only play the game once every 24 hours and lasts 5min. I have no problem paying but with the speed you use up energy it makes the option to pay just a waste.
Really love the game Pls fix the energy level it takes to long to reload and watching ads all the time is irritating. Also paying for energy will only last for that time after that it’s finished so the if possible should be lower maybe 2min for 1 energy since it goes all the way up to 200
