So I recently got into foraging, still an amateur but I do consult with people that know what they’re doing to be on the safe side, but this app makes my journey easier. It’s a great assistant to have in your pocket when you want to identify something, since I livee near a foresty area. During mushroom season its really fun to walk around and identify whatever weird fungi I come across. I think Mushroom ID has really given me confidence with my knolwdge, plus its a fun way to explore and learn about nature with kids. So give it a try!

Mushroom ID is hands-down the best app I've found for identifying mushrooms. It's always my go-to when I'm out hunting for fungi. The accuracy is just mind-blowing, and being able to catalog your finds makes the whole experience even more rewarding. If I forget to add a certain mushroom to my collection, I can always find it in snap history and do it later. If you're into mushrooms, this app is a must-have.

Tried many photos of mushroom that this app failed to identify. Other apps and simple image search could identify them accurately. Don’t waste your time with this app.
