Music AI - Song Generator App

Ever sense I got the app it would not work like I could not get in to the app please fix this

I love this app. Please help me fix my issue. I got a new phone and transferred everything over. I can access the songs that I had previously favorited but cannot access all of the songs I made in the normal library. The main issue is that I can create songs, deducting my paid credits, but the songs just sit in generate mode. I am pretty sad right now because I use your app quite frequently. Help?

They asked me to pick my lyric my genre do I want female or male to sing and I picked what I wanted and they asked me for premium like what’s the point of it asking us all those freaking god dang question just to request some premium access 1 star

The credits won’t regenerate like they used to after a month of not using it they won’t come back

Hasnt worked in 2 days and eats my credits

After a couple songs it stopped working. Spinning and spinning but never finishing. Great product when it works, but it doesn’t work.

Development team doesn’t care about reviews nor do they care if the product is working haven’t had a response from inquiring about said problems I’m facing with no response or feedback makes the app ineffective until they actually do something about it which may be never 🤷‍♂️ 👎

Was loving this app for the first 30 or so song generations… paid for the big package. After about 30 songs it missed on 2 which cost me credits, i sent a message and got no response. After a few more song generations it missed 3. I sent another message and haven’t heard back, I currently am on my 9th in a row without it working and every time it eats my credits and gives me nothing. I’ve tried restarting my phone, being on WiFi, off WiFi, I’ve tried altering how I prompt and nothing is working .,, becoming frustrated
