From the creator of the long-running Music Wars music industry simulation series comes the latest entry, Music Wars Rockstar!
In Music Wars Rockstar, the story of your artist is yours to create. Choose what they look like, what their background is, what type of music you play, and go into the industry writing and recording your own songs. Partner with a label to reach a wider audience, or go your own route and stay independent. Build a social network full of friends who will gladly appear on your songs or invite you to perform on theirs, or start beef with others and write the next big diss track, stoking the social media flame and building your reputation while tearing others down.
CREATE YOUR OWN LEGACY
Create your character with an expansive 3D character creator, choose from one of 16 starting stories that help form who your artist is and where they came from, and begin your career with one of over 30 different music genres ranging from Pop and Hip Hop to Rock and Electronica.
DOMINATE THE CHARTS
Try to get your artist to the top of the charts, with 12 charts spanning 4 regions and 3 release types (Singles, Albums, Streaming).
GET NOMINATED (AND WIN)
Will you receive the recognition you deserve? Become nominated and win awards for your singles, albums, and even music videos!
START BEEF WITH OTHER ARTISTS
Utilize social media to befriend other artists, or turn them into bitter rivals.
CREATE YOUR OWN MERCH EMPIRE
Create your own custom merch, with up to 10 different types of customizable merch, including T-Shirts, Hoodies, Vinyl, and more. Sell them on the road when playing live shows, or in your own upgradeable webstore!
FILM MUSIC VIDEOS
Shoot your own music videos and upload them directly to the internet for your fans, and critics, to see. Watch as reaction videos appear in your feed, letting you know what the internet thinks of your music!

New Update
The new update made it impossible to gwt signed or blow up outside the us and Canada ive done tours done max promotion and everything and can’t get above 20% popularity outside the us & canada so can u giys make it somewhat easier it’s impossible and it’s making me dislike the game that i been playing since it was first released

Realistic but too weird
Used to be great now it is way too hard. No matter how good your skills are you will get moderate to bad tresults and now it is based off of popularity. Kind of resembles the real world

I absolutely love the new update and to see how far the game has come! But please add a way to leave the label! I always accidentally click sign when I want to stay independent then it ruins my run :(
New update. Not a fan.
Since this new update, it doesn't matter how great my songwriting, singing, and producing is, I keep getting average songs out of it I don't get it
Flop Era
I loved this game but this new update man… i’ve been stuck in the flop era since the update. My albums have done good and surpassed past albums but I’m just stuck there. This game is in its flop era
I’m annoyed
Why did my monthly Listeners go down at 18,915 when it updated at first I got 1 million monthly listeners and in chattr my followers go down at first I got 2 million followers and when it updated only got 422,497 I don’t understand please fix it
Great BUTT…….
Alright so the game has too much potential.. The chart system is great, the award system needs fixing, its impossible to get a legacy nomination. The online chart doesn’t work and i cant even make an account for the game, THE UPDATE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED 2 WEEKS AGO, and still nothing.. give us a damn date. Social media is, questionable and streams unrealistic. But nonetheless its a great game, just start upgrading more often or atleast let us know when updates are gonna come
