Kids luv it
My 2 yr. old grandson loves this app. The only thing I wished the app. would actually show them play the instruments, instead of just a picture.
My little loves it.
My grandson loves this app! He started with the animal app when he was 6 monrhs old.
I let my little brother mess around with this app and now he's saying piano and twiddling his fingers. The app is good for learning the names of instruments and sounds they make. My two complaints are as follows, the app does freeze quite often and I wish there was more color/interactivity for this app, after all it is made for small children. Keep up the good work.
I have a 3 and 4 yr old, both were entertained. There are world instruments which, although the names may be unfamiliar to most children, they are likely to sound familiar if they have listened to the Putumayo CD series or listen to the world music programs during the weekend on NPR. Now they have a visual, which is nice.
interesting app it allows young children to actually learn about different instruments
This is an interesting little app it allows young children to actually learn about different instruments. The downside to it is that you have to pay to get more instruments. Most of the instruments that are on the basic screen are not instruments that people typically see day-to-day like an accordion or panflute. You would think they would have instruments that would be seen day-to-day on there instead of rare instruments to see. I showed this to my nephew and he's four years old he was bored with the app within a matter of just a couple minutes and makes me wonder how long A younger child attention span would work with this app.
