I selected the 30 day double bass lesson for drum set and forgot to click “mark as complete” for my lesson. I’m on the third day and now I have to wait to go to the third lesson until tomorrow? I get that you are adding structure and trying to control the quality of learning and practice curve but this is not a best in class experience
This app is amazing, and if your reading this and you haven’t already downloaded it you probably should, but there are some bugs, like some lessons freeze or the app signs me out, but other than a little bit of bugs it’s amazing 😁👍
The website is the best thing to happen in music. The only thing about the IOS is we can’t access the song library. Great WEBSITE.
This review is about the app and not the lessons themselves. I used drumeo daily and find it very helpful, but the app experience is absolutely unacceptable. Videos are constantly missing from recent lessons, it’s a piecemeal of things you’ve watched in the past few days rather than an actual history. Too many things you click on in the app take you to the browser version instead, including songs which are no longer no longer supported in the app (browser only). The app is absolutely frustrating and ruins what is otherwise a good learning experience. My biggest grievance is when I hit “Continue” to view challenges I was working on yesterday, they are completely absent from my history. I have to go searching for them to continue where I left off. This happens on the 30 day challenge when I’ve already completely numerous days of them. They just vanish from the history. The app is basically a terrible browser experience, it would almost be better to not have an app. The songs (when they were available in the app and now still in the browser) have some nice features as far as slowing down, highlighting notes etc, but it doesn’t remember your settings so if you have a preference for how to display, you have to reset it for every single song, every single time. The lessons themselves are good, and there are lots of them. All that’s missing is a consistent app experience for them.
I am a drummer so I use the Drumeo part of Musora the most and it has really helped me. I drummed just a little bit before but I was just messing around most of the time. But once I got Musora I felt and definitely noticed that my drumming was getting better. I have had it for just a few months, but in that short time, I have definitely seen improvement in my drumming. I also play the guitar, so the guitareo part of it is also helpful. They also have songs you can learn and play along to with drum less tracks. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who is interested, trying to get better, pick it up again, and/or someone that has been doing it for a while, whether it’s singing (singeo), drumming (drumeo), guitar (guitareo), and/or piano (pianote).
Never works with AirPlay, no other apps experiencing this issue. Technical support phone number picks up and is muted, no audio once they answer. Videos often don’t load.
They don’t give you a refund; Forgot to cancel sub, requested a refund on the same day, got rejected twice. iOS app is useless; nothing is available and it directs you to web app. Great content tho.
It’s very good for my kids learning music
This is the worst app I’ve used for learning piano. It’s basically a simplistic wrapper around a bunch of videos. The songs force you to open your browser. It won’t use the microphone to listen to your playing. Compared to Flowkey, Simply Piano, or endless others, this one is quite terrible. It’s sad, because I suspect the actual teachers behind it are better than the other apps, but honestly — YouTube is better.
You only have like nirvana dongs not pop songs please fix this it’s false advertisement
